Free USA shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered to addresses in the United States. Delivery availability is checked at checkout. We currently accept online delivery orders within the USA.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Allow approximately 4–7 business days in total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or address issues may cause delays. If a product requires different delivery arrangements, we will contact you.
Order updates
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Shipment information is provided when available. You can also check your order status on our Track your order page.
Delivery address and larger equipment
Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Larger equipment may require freight delivery or a delivery appointment. Contact us if you have restricted access or specific unloading requirements so we can confirm arrangements before dispatch.
Delivery problems
If tracking says delivered but you have not received your order, check around your delivery location and contact us. If your item arrives damaged, retain the packaging and send photos with your order number promptly.
