Where do you deliver?
We currently accept online delivery orders within the United States, with free standard USA shipping. Delivery availability is checked at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch: approximately 4–7 business days in total. Carrier delays may affect these estimates.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Standard returns must be unused and in their original packaging. See our returns policy for the conditions and shipping costs.
How do I track an order?
Visit Track your order and enter your order number and billing email. Contact us for an order placed on the previous FCGARDEN website.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact support@fmgarden.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Retain the packaging while we arrange the next steps.

Yes. Email or call us with your garden size, the tasks you need to do, and any equipment you already own. We can help you compare the specifications and included accessories.
